Biography
Marilen is the IT Manager at the Institute for Functional Intelligent Materials (I-FIM), where she leads IT operations, infrastructure, and digital services that support the institute’s research activities. With over a decade of experience in IT, she has built her career through a range of technical and analytical roles across corporate and research computing environments. She joined the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2015 and transitioned to I-FIM in 2022 to lead its IT initiatives. Marilen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and later completed her Master of Technology in Digital Leadership at the National University of Singapore.
