Biography
Marilen is the IT & Digital Enablement Lead at the Institute for Functional Intelligent Materials (I-FIM), where she leads IT operations, infrastructure, and digital services supporting the institute’s research activities. With over a decade of experience in IT, she has built her career across a range of technical and analytical roles in both corporate and research computing environments. She joined the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2015 and transitioned to I-FIM in 2022 to lead its IT initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and later completed a Master of Technology in Digital Leadership at the National University of Singapore.
