Research Interests

My major research area is the demonstration of high-performance optoelectronic devices (photodetector, LEDs, and LASER) using organometallic compounds (MOF, organic and inorganic hybrid perovskite) in combination with graphene. My present research is focussed on the investigation of optical and quantum transport properties in versatile twisted moiré homo/heterobilayer using graphene and TMDs materials.
