Biography
Jingfan (Carol) has built a 20-year career across various administrative portfolios within NUS. Prior to joining I-FIM in 2026, she held appointments in the Singapore-MIT Alliance, Mechanobiology Institute Singapore, University Scholars Programme and NUS College. She currently supports the Deputy Director and Administrative Director in graduate matters and outreach. Carol is expected to complete her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Management in 2026. Her portfolio has included the administrations of Graduate and Undergraduate Programmes (including Double Degrees Programmes), as well as International Programmes.
