Biography
Mr. Ang Min Pin, Sean is a first-gen university graduate who currently works as a business analyst in I-FIM. At heart, Sean is a Venture-Builder who is passionate about developing and scaling disruptive deep tech technologies, which has the greatest potential to address the world’s myriad of challenges in the years ahead.
In his role, he manages a diverse range of IP portfolio and, drives technology translation and commercialisation at the intersection of Advanced 2D materials, Graphene and AI. He also undertakes critical market and business intelligence to facilitate business development strategies and support IP creation, industry development and collaborations, launch and growth of spin-offs, and tech scale-up of SMEs/Startups interested in leveraging I-FIM’s research capabilities to boost their R&D and product development efforts.
Sean is also the current Co-President of NUS Alumni Ventures, an angel investor network centered around the NUS ecosystem, where it seeks to be a platform to connect NUS alumni angel investors to startups within the Singapore ecosystem, with a predominant focus on NUS.
