Biography
Desmond is a Specialist Associate at the Institute for Functional Intelligent Materials (I-FIM), providing IT support across the institute. With over 15 years of experience, he has worked as a Desktop Engineer in MOE schools and HQ under NCS Pte Ltd and as an ICT Manager at the Ministry of Education. He holds a Diploma in IT from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
